Amp Finalizes Transaction to Sell 100% of Amp Canada

Toronto, Canada – Amp Energy (‘Amp’), a global energy transition platform backed by the Carlyle Group, announced today the completion of a transaction to sell 100% of the Amp Canada business to a group co-led by Steve Schaefer, Amp Energy’s executive responsible for Amp’s Canadian business, along with Atlas-Apex Group of Companies, one of Canada’s largest roof infrastructure organizations, owned by Amp Energy co-founder John Petrachek.  

The Canadian business now operates under the name Amp Net Zero.
