We’re looking for a Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our Tax growing team! This position will be responsible for supporting the in-house transfer pricing function. Working under the direction of the Tax Manager, they will collect and analyze data, ensuring all transfer pricing calculations for the AMP Group of companies are completed in a timely manner.


  • Advanced excel skills, exposure to excel modelling is a plus
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and a commitment to complete tasks within tight deadlines
  • Experience in transfer pricing or exposure to transfer pricing
  • Background any of Finance, Economics, International tax, Management Accounting
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong command of English, business report writing skills essential
  • Meticulous with keen attention to on details
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive in a changing fast-paced environment


  • Complete quarter- and year-end transfer pricing accruals on services for the consolidated group for input into the consolidated financials
  • Complete transfer pricing calculations on all other transactions as they close
  • Provide journal entries for the above amounts including true ups to the finance team and review to ensure entries are properly recorded.
  • Provide input to the finance team for intercompany invoicing and review to ensure the process is followed and amounts are correct.
  • Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing reports and memoranda
  • Attend functional analysis interviews and assist with the documentation of DEMPE functions
  • Create and maintain a transfer pricing compliance tracker worldwide.
  • This includes reviewing global transfer pricing documentation requirements for each country and determining if the company meets the current requirements for either the master file, local file, other documentation and/or filings with the corporate returns.
  • AMP currently operates in the following countries: Canada (Head Quarters), US, Japan, Singapore, UK, Spain, Czech Republic and Australia.
  • Provide support during tax audits in all regions
  • Exposure to global tax compliance, M&A, tax planning, finance, etc
  • Other tasks, duties and special projects as required
