WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Amp’s Denver team is looking for a motivated and organized Office and Legal Administrator to support Amp’s US General Counsel, manage the day-to-day office activities and provide assistance to the broader US team as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Legal Support
  • Field and help prioritize incoming requests in coordination with department heads and Amp’s US General Counsel
  • Coordinate signatures
  • Compile, consolidate and deconsolidate documents
  • Generate execution version documents from approved templates
  • File storage and management of contracts and agreements
  • Process law firm invoices for the accounting department to assure accurate tracking
  • Notices of Amp change in address to all pertinent parties, if applicable
  • Other administrative tasks that may be assigned by General Counsel from time to time

Office Management
  • Compile/run company presentations
  • Manage office space and supplies
  • Answer and direct phone calls on the company’s primary line
  • Assist with sourcing a new office location
  • Assist in the coordination of company events by booking meeting rooms/coordinating lunches
  • Mail distribution
  • Manage office accounts and renewals including but not limited to TransUnion, DocuSign, phone lines etc.
  • Employee Administration
    • Set up new hires with required accounts and remove leaving employees from appropriate accounts
    • Coordinate ordering business cards
    • Order office supplies
    • Manage office equipment, keys, security badges

Executive Leadership Support
  • Arrange and coordinate travel and meeting accommodations

Business Team Support
  • Tracking invoice approvals; archiving invoices
  • Logging invoices against proposals & tracking budget-to-actuals
  • Coding & tracking approvals for payment requests
  • Reconciling & coding credit card statements
  • Updating weekly cash flow forecasting
  • Reconcile weekly PPR and payment runs with Accounting Team
  • Track & archive payment remittances
  • Creation of purchase orders on behalf of project managers
  • Create PO system to manage recurring land payments
  • Support accounting team and various departments related to reconciliations
  • Coordinate WIP reports with accounting team
  • Seek purchase order approvals where necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s Degree in Administration or equivalent education
  • Two to three years’ experience in an office setting
  • Experience managing legal documents
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Adobe
  • A customer service mindset
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Team player who seeks collaborative solutions
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
It would be nice if you also had
  • Licensed as a notary
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $50,000-$70,000
